I had lunch with a wrestling coach recently. We were discussing what our young men are going through these days ... that kids who live in the inner city have the "battle" of gangs, drugs, real physical violence.
But for those us who coach/teach in a "safer suburb" what are the battles our young men have against them?
His answer was complacency.
So what specific battle do you see yourself engaged in with your players?
I'd like your thoughts. Please go to the bottom of this post and click on comments and please share your point of view.

I battle discouragement. It's the typical, "Would my Father be proud of me?" scenario.
