ReplyDeleteWow. Reminds me of Pope Benedict's first homily: "We are not some casual and meaningless product of evolution. Each of us is the result of a thought of God. Each of us is willed, each of us is loved, each of us is necessary."
And not only is our origin marked by such a particular and unique meaning, but every nanosecond of life after that is, in hair-numbered detail, known and cherished by God. Isn't the Gospel, therefore, about incarnating that attitude in our relationship to every human being? Kudos, Chick-Fil-A! And kudos SportsLeader for infusing that attitude into young life!
